We do not offer any refunds on our orders, although we
do offer exchange in cases of size issues or defective articles.
No exchange or refund on sale items and accessories.
We have a 4-day exchange policy, ie you have 4 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be entertained.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We require pictures / videos as proof of damage to approve your request.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
